Oops. Didn’t know the nwn logo.
But realistically there are probably hundreds of logos with eyes in them out there, just using an eye in your own logo doesn’t count as copyright infringement (and obviously the symbol itself and the way it’s stylized are very different in this particular case), I’d hold off going to the pawn shop with that last blanket .

You’re more likely to get sued by the Egyptian sun god I think. But I am truly amazed that I never before noticed the crappiness of the Neverwinter Nights logo, I mean it looks like some hippie earring or something.
